Authentic Self:
The Authentic Self refers to the core essence of who you truly are, beyond societal
conditioning, learned behaviours, and ego-based identities. It represents your genuine
nature, including your unique qualities, values, passions, and soul’s purpose.
Being Centred:
Being centred is a state of inner balance and presence, characterised by full
engagement with the present moment. It involves aligning your physical, emotional, and
mental energies, creating a harmonious flow of consciousness.
When centred, you experience reduced mental chatter and emotional reactivity, allowing
for clearer perception and decision-making. This state enhances your ability to respond
to life’s challenges with equanimity rather than impulsive reaction.
Being Embodied:
Being embodied is the process of fully integrating your higher consciousness into your
physical form. It involves grounding your soul consciousness in the present moment and
using your physical body as a conduit for your soul’s energy, thereby aligning your
earthly existence with your highest self.
Bio-Circuitry:
Bio-circuitry refers to the intricate network of energy pathways within your body and
energy field. It encompasses the chakra system, which acts as energy centres that
metabolise and distribute life force energy to nourish your endocrine glands. This
energy then flows through meridians and nadis, finer channels that permeate your entire
being.
Your bio-circuitry facilitates the continuous flow of vital energy, supporting physical,
emotional, and spiritual well-being. When this system functions optimally, it promotes
balance and vitality. However, blockages or distortions in this circuitry can lead to
energy stagnation, manifesting as physical discomfort, emotional imbalances, poor
health, or life challenges. Maintaining a healthy bio-circuitry is essential for overall
wellness and spiritual growth.
Chakras:
Chakras are vital energy centres within the subtle body, often visualised as spinning
wheels of light. These focal points, primarily located along the spine, act as
transformers for life force energy (prana or chi). Each chakra corresponds to specific
physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being.
Developed during early childhood, these energy centres can become overactive,
underactive, or balanced based on your life experiences and internal state. The seven
main chakras—Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown—each
govern different areas of your holistic well-being. When balanced, they facilitate the
smooth flow of energy throughout your bio-circuitry, promoting physical health,
emotional stability, and spiritual growth.
Coherence:
Coherence is a state of optimal alignment and synchronisation within your being, where
your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and actions are in harmony.
Core Wounds:
Core wounds are deep-seated emotional or psychological injuries, often originating in
early childhood or through significant life events. These wounds profoundly shape your
beliefs, behaviours, and relationships throughout life. Core wounds typically revolve
around themes such as rejection, abandonment, unworthiness, or inadequacy.
Dharma:
It is a Sanskrit Buddhist term that means "right direction" or "rightful duty". Your
"dharma" is your inherent purpose, or true calling in life.
Ego:
The ego is a complex aspect of the psyche that forms your sense of self and mediates
between your inner world and external reality. It plays a crucial role in self-preservation,
identity formation, and social interaction.
While the ego serves important functions, such as maintaining boundaries and
navigating daily life, an overactive ego can lead to excessive self-centredness,
fear-based decisions, and disconnection from your higher self.
Emotional Body:
The emotional body is an integral part of your multidimensional energy system, serving
as the repository and processor of your feelings and emotions. It acts as an interface
between your physical body and your mental and spiritual aspects, translating energetic
impulses into felt experiences.
Emotional Regulation:
Emotional regulation is the ability to effectively manage and respond to emotional
experiences. It involves recognising, understanding, and modulating your emotional
states to maintain balance and well-being. This skill allows you to navigate life’s ups and
downs with greater ease, preventing emotional overwhelm or suppression.
Emotional Triggers:
Emotional triggers are stimuli that provoke intense, often automatic, emotional
reactions. These triggers can be external events, situations, or even internal thoughts
that tap into unresolved past experiences or core wounds.
Endocrine System:
The endocrine system is a network of glands that produce and secrete hormones
directly into the bloodstream, regulating various bodily functions. This system plays a
vital role in maintaining homeostasis and influencing metabolism, growth, development,
reproduction, and mood.
From an energetic perspective, the endocrine system is intimately connected to the
chakra system, with each major chakra corresponding to specific endocrine glands. For
example, the root chakra is associated with the adrenal glands, while the throat chakra
is linked to the thyroid gland. The flow of energy through your chakras directly
influences the functioning of these glands, and conversely, the health of your endocrine
system affects your energetic balance.
Energetic Alignment:
Energetic alignment refers to the harmonious state where your energy systems are in
sync with your intentions, life purpose, and higher self. This alignment creates a
coherent flow of energy through your being, facilitating clearer communication between
your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. When energetically aligned, you
experience a sense of flow, authenticity, and ease in manifesting your desires.
Energetic Blockages:
Energetic blockages are areas within your body and energy field where the natural flow
of life force energy is impeded or stagnant. These blockages can occur due to various
factors, including unresolved emotions, trauma, limiting beliefs, or physical injuries.
When energy becomes blocked, it can lead to imbalances in your physical, emotional,
and spiritual well-being.
Energetic Defence Patterns:
Energetic Defence Patterns are unconscious, habitual ways of protecting oneself
energetically from perceived threats or discomfort. These patterns typically form in
response to past traumas, challenging experiences, or prolonged stress, becoming
ingrained in your energy field over time. While initially serving a protective function,
these defences can become limiting, blocking the free flow of energy and hindering
personal growth and well-being.

* Leaving/Drifter: Energetically checking out, disconnecting or dissociating when
feeling threatened or overwhelmed.
* Merging/Giver: Losing personal boundaries by blending with others' energy
fields to feel safe and connected.
* Enduring/Anchor: Freezing, numbing or shutting down while remaining
physically present to survive difficulty.
*Aggressive/Warrior: Pushing energy outward through forceful action or
intensity to create safety through control.
* Rigid/Perfectionist: Creating an energetic wall or fortress by becoming
inflexible and controlled to maintain protection.
Energetic Intelligence:
Energetic intelligence is the ability to perceive, understand, and consciously manage the
flow of energy within yourself and in your interactions with others and the environment.
It encompasses a heightened awareness of subtle energies and the ability to use this
awareness for personal growth, healing, and enhanced well-being.
Energy Field:
The energy field, also known as the aura or biofield, is the invisible yet palpable energy
that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. This multidimensional field
extends beyond your skin, acting as an interface between your inner world and the
external environment. It reflects your overall state of being, including physical health,
emotional state, mental activity, and spiritual alignment.
The energy field consists of various layers, each corresponding to different aspects of
your existence (etheric, emotional, mental, astral, etheric template, celestial, and
ketheric). It plays a crucial role in your well-being, acting as a protective barrier, an
information processor, and a transmitter/receiver of energy.
Flow:
Flow is a state of optimal consciousness characterised by complete immersion in the
present moment and the task at hand. In this state, you experience a sense of effortless
action, heightened focus, and a loss of self-consciousness. Time perception often shifts,
with hours seeming to pass in minutes.
Grounding:
Grounding is the process of consciously connecting one's energy with the Earth’s
energy, creating a stable foundation for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This practice involves anchoring your higher consciousness and energy into the
physical realm while simultaneously drawing up vital Earth energy.
Hara:
Hara refers to a profound state of connection to the Void, the place of pure potentiality
and infinite possibility. It is often described as a point of stillness and power located
throughout your cellular intelligence. Connecting with your Hara allows you to access a
deep well of wisdom, clarity, and purpose.
Hara Line (Vertical Power Column):
The Hara Line, also known as the Vertical Power Column, is a central energetic channel
that runs through the core of your being, connecting from just above your Crown Chakra
to the Earth’s centre. This powerful energy pathway acts as a conduit for higher
consciousness to flow into your physical reality. It serves as an anchor for your spiritual
essence, providing stability and alignment in your energetic structure.
Integration:
Integration is the crucial process of assimilating and applying new insights, knowledge,
or healing experiences into your daily life and being. It involves consciously interrupting
old, unconscious patterns of thinking, acting, and behaving, and replacing them with
more intentional and aligned thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Intentionality:
Intentionality is the focused aim or desire that shapes your energetic output and guides
manifestation in your life. It is the power of directed consciousness to influence reality
and create desired outcomes. Intentionality goes beyond mere wishing; it involves a
clear, sustained focus of your thoughts, emotions, and actions towards a specific goal or
state of being.
Intention Setting:
Intention setting is the practice of consciously directing your energy and focus towards
desired outcomes or states of being. It involves clearly defining and articulating your
objectives, desires, or the qualities you wish to embody.
This practice goes beyond mere goal-setting, when you set intentions, you create a
bridge between your current reality and your desired future, aligning your thoughts,
emotions, and actions with your higher purpose.
Karma:
Karma is not about punishment or reward but rather a natural balancing force that
provides opportunities for learning and evolution. It operates across multiple lifetimes,
with unresolved karmic patterns potentially carrying over into future incarnations.
Understanding karma encourages taking responsibility for your past choices and their
consequences, promoting mindful living and conscious decision-making.
Life Force Energy:
Life Force Energy, also known as "Prana" in yoga traditions or "Chi" in Chinese
practices, is the fundamental vital energy that sustains all living beings. It is the
animating force that flows through your body, mind, and spirit, supporting physical
health, emotional balance, and spiritual vitality.
This subtle energy permeates all of existence, connecting you with the universal life
force. Within your body, life force energy flows through the chakras, meridians, and
nadis, nourishing every cell and system. The free flow and balance of this energy are
essential for optimal health and well-being.
Blockages or imbalances in life force energy can lead to physical ailments, emotional
disturbances, or spiritual disconnection. Various practices, including breathwork,
meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, and energy healing modalities, can help cultivate and
balance life force energy. As you become more attuned to this vital energy, you may

Life Happens Through You:
"Life Happens Through You" is a spiritual perspective that encourages a shift from
seeing yourself as a passive recipient of life’s events, to recognising your role as an
active co-creator of your experiences. This view suggests that, rather than life
happening to you, it unfolds through you as a unique expression of consciousness.
Lower Self:
The Lower Self refers to the aspect of consciousness that is primarily concerned with
physical survival, ego-based desires, and attachment to material reality.
The Lower Self plays an important role in navigating the physical world but can become
problematic when it dominates decision-making and life choices. It tends to prioritise
immediate gratification, self-preservation, and maintaining familiar patterns, even when
these patterns no longer serve your highest good.
Meridians:
Meridians are channels that circulate life energy (chi or qi) throughout the body, forming
an intricate network that connects various organs and systems. Central to Traditional
Chinese Medicine and many energy healing practices, meridians act as pathways for
the flow of vital energy, supporting physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual
well-being.
There are twelve main meridians, each associated with specific organs such as the
lungs, heart, and kidneys. These channels not only influence the function of their
associated organs but also impact emotional states and spiritual aspects related to
those organs. Blockages or imbalances in meridian flow can lead to physical ailments,
emotional disturbances, or energetic stagnation.
Mind-Body Connection - Mind, Body, Spirit & Emotion:
The Mind-Body Connection refers to the intricate and powerful relationship between
your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and your physical state and health. This concept
recognises that mental and emotional processes can significantly influence bodily
functions, and vice versa.
The mind-body connection operates through various pathways, including the nervous

Mouth of God:
The Mouth of God refers to a significant energetic point located at the junction where
the neck meets the back of the head, also known as the cervical-cranial junction. This
area is the ninth chakra and is considered a powerful energy centre in various spiritual
and healing traditions. It is situated near the medulla oblongata, a part of the brainstem
that regulates vital autonomic functions such as breathing, heart rate, and blood
pressure.
Nadis:
Nadis are subtle energy pathways that distribute life force (chi, prana) throughout the

finer and more numerous than meridians, with some traditions suggesting there are
72,000 nadis in the human body.

Projection:
Projection is a psychological defence mechanism in which individuals unconsciously
attribute their own unacknowledged thoughts, feelings, or traits onto others. This
process often involves disowning aspects of oneself that are uncomfortable or
challenging to face directly.
Psychosomatic Response:
A psychosomatic response refers to the physical manifestation of psychological or
emotional stress in the body. This phenomenon highlights the profound influence of the
mind on physical health and well-being. Psychosomatic responses can range from
minor physical discomforts to more serious health conditions, all triggered or
exacerbated by mental or emotional factors.
Quantum Field:
The Quantum Field refers to the underlying fabric of reality that connects all things in
the universe. It is a field of pure potential and infinite possibilities, where everything
exists in a state of interconnected energy before manifesting in the physical realm. This

Self-Actualisation:

an individual achieves a state of harmony and understanding with themselves, others,
and the world around them.
Self-actualisation involves aligning with one’s authentic self and higher purpose,
transcending ego-based limitations, and fully expressing one’s unique gifts and talents.
It is characterised by peak experiences, creativity, spontaneity, and a deep sense of
fulfilment.
Self-Reflection:
Self-reflection is the practice of examining one’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and
motivations to gain deeper self-understanding and insight. It involves turning attention
inward, observing internal processes with curiosity and non-judgement, and
contemplating the meaning and implications of one’s experiences.
Self-reflection is a powerful tool for personal growth. It enables you to identify patterns,
clarify values, and make conscious choices aligned with your authentic self. From an
energetic perspective, self-reflection can be seen as a process of tuning into your own
energy field, becoming aware of subtle imbalances or blockages, and gaining clarity on
your inner state.
Self-Sabotage:
Self-sabotage refers to unconscious behaviours or thought patterns that undermine
personal goals, success, or well-being. These self-defeating actions often stem from
deep-seated fears, limiting beliefs, or unresolved emotional issues.
Self-sabotage can manifest in various ways, such as procrastination, self-criticism,
self-destructive habits, or sabotaging relationships and opportunities. From an energetic
perspective, self-sabotage can be seen as internal resistance or misalignment between
conscious desires and subconscious programming.
Shadow Work:
Shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious or rejected
parts of oneself, including fears, traumas, and undesirable traits. The concept of the
shadow, introduced by Carl Jung, refers to aspects of our personality that we have
repressed, denied, or disowned, often due to societal or personal judgements.
Shadow work involves bringing these hidden aspects into consciousness,
acknowledging them with compassion, and finding ways to integrate them healthily into
our whole being. From an energetic perspective, shadow work can be seen as the
process of illuminating and transforming dense or stagnant energy within our subtle
bodies, often associated with unresolved emotional or psychological issues.
Soul Alignment:
Soul alignment refers to the state of living in harmony with your soul’s purpose, values,
and higher guidance. It involves aligning your thoughts, emotions, actions, and energy
with the deepest essence of who you are. When in soul alignment, you experience a
sense of authenticity, fulfilment, and flow in your life.
This alignment facilitates a clear connection between your higher self and your earthly
existence, allowing for more intuitive decision-making and purposeful living. From an
energetic perspective, soul alignment can be seen as a harmonious flow between all
levels of your being—mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.
Soul Psychology:
Soul psychology is the study of psychology from the perspective of the soul or higher
self, and/or monad (spirit), or mighty I am presence, which is the individualised spark of
god within each person. It's a way of looking at psychology that's influenced by the idea
that the soul is the most authentic part of a person.
Soul Retrieval:
Soul retrieval is a neo-shamanic healing practice that aims to recover and reintegrate
fragmented parts of the soul that have become disconnected due to trauma, stress, or
other challenging life experiences.
From an energetic perspective, soul retrieval can be seen as the process of reclaiming
and reintegrating aspects of one’s energy field that have become dissociated or
fragmented. Fragmentation happens through physical trauma and abuse and can occur
in this life, as well as in other lives and timelines where similar experiences have taken
place.

points of all incarnations and non-human experiences.
Subconscious Programming:
Subconscious programming refers to the deep-seated beliefs, habits, and patterns of
behaviour that operate below the level of conscious awareness. These programmes are
formed through life experiences, particularly during childhood, and continue to influence
thoughts, emotions, and actions throughout life.
Subconscious programming acts as a filter through which we perceive and interact with
the world, often dictating our automatic responses and decision-making processes.
From an energetic perspective, subconscious programming can be seen as ingrained

Void:
The Void refers to a state of primordial emptiness and infinite potential where higher
